The Philosopher's Guide to Life's Calling
The first graduate seminar I took was a Hegel seminar. You had to devote your life to it or, you know, sort of get what you were able to get out of it and then find something else to, to, to do. So life's calling and you just have to decide if that's what's calling you. And there was a moment where I took seriously the thought like well maybe I could do this. Yeah, I don't know German anyway so yeah. Well, that's a very, very interesting.
