I think the question about timing of MRD and sustained MRD negativity is one that the field is beginning to coalesce around. I feel uncomfortable making clear claims about using MRD to make treatment decisions. Long follow up is really important. You need to know what happens in 10 years. And looking at a six month endpoint and saying, I can predict to 10 years, what's going to happen is a little premature.
