How Did You Get Criticized?

I felt like it was my job to correct misperceptions, and felt very confident in the book. I think that if i look back at a lot of the mistakes i made early on, there were moments when i wanted to convert the people who shouted the loudest that they hated my work. And fortunately, on the other side of the ledger, there were tacot printers and c e os and people i respected tremendously who found something of value in the book. They found it compelling enough that they would speak positively about it.
