M XL stock drops 20% the day that they announced this deal. There are synergies here the market, you know, goes. I don't know how much the synergies are real on M XL. The TMC is not going to go to max and you say, oh, so now you're bringing me max linear and so commotion business, we'll give you 20% discount? I doubt it.
