Inception of 'Bullet-Proof Problem Solving'

They discuss the inception of the book 'Bullet-Proof Problem Solving' and how it came about. One of the partners, Charles Kahn, had previously written the original seven steps to problem solving, and they felt that there was a need for a book that shared their problem solving approach. They spent a summer together at Oxford, working on the book with a team of researchers and writers.
