Scaling Horizontally and Vertically Is a Great Idea
The idea of scaling both horizontally and vertically which is another the way you put that conceptually it made me stop and go ah that makes sense where we typically only view scaling as building the ecosystem. You can start anywhere like if you're I was working for a Canadian credit card company just because they were little mercurial and letting me use their name but I think I learned as much from him around organizing towards agility than anything else. He had this very almost like an I show this as an onion in the book where you try to start at the team and get as that team to be as upon us as you can, he said.
