How to Tell a Story

When you decide to tell a story, is there an aspect or a framework and annoying? Of course, we could do a full hero's journey of stories, but in general, you don't need that much. I have permission when I'm on stage for 45 minutes doing a keynote, I have more permission to take you on a journey through these stories than if I'm trying to quickly explain something to somebody. So you have to read the room when it comes to storytelling also. It doesn't have to be this big overblown, once upon a time type of thing.
