All tennis players, everyone from fricking world number one Carlos Alcaras to world 1500 are self-employed. They have to pay for their own travel expenses and their coaches just like golfers. Noah Rubin is a good example because his parents raised him to essentially be a professional tennis player. Abraham Asaba is actually now within like the top 500 or 600 on the different tour rankings.
