It is interesting. He's prepared to define himself against some of the current Labour leadership. But whether voters will actually credit him for doing that and think he will still be influential on their behalf when it comes to say a Labour government may be an interesting question to watch. People have always tried to link him with violence and knife crime. As well as linking him with low traffic neighbourhoods, which are unpopular in some London boroughs but were not central government policy.
