The Bifurcation of Technology Stocks

Underneath the surface for technology, there's been this bifurcation that we really haven't spent a lot of time discussing. Most of the street isn't that concerned about where these stocks have rallied to because you get calls every day. The mega-cap stocks, they don't need the monetary policy like those other technology companies do. And I think what you're seeing portfolio managers do is say, "We've narrowed down dramatically the list of potential candidates"
