How Important Is Sleep for Longevity?
I've been very much exploring how to do like I do it really well in the morning. Coffee is involved, all those kinds of things you're trying to optimize. It's one of the reasons I have this ring on my finger, which helps me optimize my sleep and learn what I do the day before. If it was a bad idea and I'll stop doing that like eating a fried chicken. So sometimes it pays off to be wild. What about sleep? How important is sleep for longevity? I would guess based on the evidence that it's really important but we don't know for sure.
