The History of St Patrick's Day

St Patrick's Day is the most celebrated national festival in the world. The shamrock is associated with the day but do you know why? Well apparently St Patrick used it to describe the Holy Trinity which is the father son and the Holy Spirit. I thought that was a load of rubbish they just taught us in Catholic school. A load of rubbish what the father and son Holy Spirit don't exist. Of course he did. Why is it so popular in the world? Because well for example St George's Day which is the patron saint of England is not celebrated at all.
