I want to kind of throw this out at Alex and see what did he notice as he was looking through this. And maybe there are some other cases that come to mind that might further shed light on what differentiates weak states from strong states. What's the right amount of strength for a state for the purposes of pleasing oil companies or other kinds of companies? It matters whether it's in like a natural state or an open access order.
