Disney has been the model for everyone else, right? Disney sort of created the modern Hollywood franchise approach. You're seeing Warner Brothers want to try to copy it in its own way with DC. Universal have tried to copy it by creating their monster universe. And we're now seeing it in even kind of sillier ways like the billions universe at Paramount certainly Netflix has tried it in a bunch of ways. How dare you despair? It's the billion cinematic universe.
