Do You Have a Choice in the World?

The assumption that you should always know the answer to any question is just ridiculous. I feel like it's built in like corporate culture does not accept asking for help or asking questions. You have to put some trust in people until they let you down too many times so their jar is empty. And our ability to do it in small increments is probably the most important way to approach this.
