The Importance of Color in Painting
color is an accent against a more neutral background as I've used. People comment on my paintings a lot, they respond very favorably to the greys. Do you recommend that your students do thumbnails? I highly recommend value studies in fact there's an article in what I think at one time is watercolor magic magazines now watercolor artists are using grey markers.
