Creativity in the Workplace

iReporter: Can you give clients and colleagues a new perspective through an analogous experience? iReporter: Yes, this is just a trick that never stops working. I think one of my favorites was when we were working with a hospital to improve patient experience. We had actors and actresses come in and create these nightmarishly bad dining experiences. And then they can literally feel these experiences. It's much more transformative and motivating than just observing a patient or a custom er or another end user.
