i was always kind of, when i was at brooking's as well, looking for projects in overthings of the world bank and other entities where we could apply er mation pu put and put public policy into action. And so when opportunities to do something came along,. i worked on tectic assistance project in a the for myself union with a foundation, the erosia foundation. We had a political party project where we were trying to assist er ledgling russian political parties. But i fear that they took u more of the lessons from the political machinery in the united states about how you can contan manipulate electural outcomes.
