Is There a Right to Immunity From Liability?
Congress recently got its complete act together and pass what is not a terrible law. It's fighting on line sex trafficking act which is both too narrow and too broad, right? And it's going to have platforms sit on their hands, because it says, we criminalize platforms that knowingly facilitate sex trafficking. That could include, you know, you engage a pilter. So that worries me, and i think that was a bad move.
