The Future Ready Mindset
The human animal doesn't respond well to stress and fear and anxiety. So it feels like we kind of have to have some optimism if we're going to meet the challenges that the future brings. We can go into the future based on fear. And this is why I think the rest of my career will dedicate the good future idea.
