I get tea at night just to try to like yeah feel like I'm more and I didn't know I didn't put it together Yeah, so like I was doing it for a certain reason. In the evenings maybe consider like decaf coffee Or uh, you know tea with no steam herbal tea. And then or even like um you can get like a very very low calorie bone broth. It tricks you into thinking you're eating and then that warmth on your stomach will make you feel a bit more satiated That's awesome. There's a there's some benefits to having caffeine after you're working out as well.
