The Enneagram and the Path to Harmony
The Enneagram doubles down on what harmony means to me. What I've learned is that direct conflict is actually the path to true harmony. By default, I will avoid all conflict and kind of leave myself out. That leads to passive aggressive behavior and ultimately disturbs the peace that I'm trying to get.
