I think that running is one of these models that we're coming from. I would say somebody who has been climbing a long time and has a relationship that the more they climb, the more they think they're going to get better. And so this cycle just happens until they kind of break down, get sick, take four days off, start back up. So they're either going really hard until they get tweaked, unmotivated, sick,. I mean, like just break down essentially, stop doing things and then start back up in the same pattern. But it's like the way the system is structured kind of determines how we think we need to train as well as how our vacation times
