"When you go out into the civilian world, you're an anomaly," he says. "You get a dopamine hit just from saying I'm gonna go work out right now." He adds that young men who grow up will never attempt to do anything close to what we have done in our lives. The technology and integration of it has created a world where I'm getting the chemical benefit But I'm not actually getting the tangible benefit. 'It's free dopamine' is his take on modern-day complacency.
