The Electronegative Effect of Fluorine on Electrons

Fluorine is very electronegative. Because it is, what it is drawing to it is carbon, right? And whenever you have a situation, good. It might be maybe a little bit more I could just say is drawing the electrons in the shared bond with carbon. But I think it does bring the carbon itself closer to. I think those stronger bonds will bring you closer together.
