In the 80 companies we're working with, there about six, almost 700 people that have been through the programme. And is this thirst for learning right? They are carving out the timerigt and that's the first step. But i see this willingness to learn, to share, to not be arrogant about things. I am very upbeat about this next generation of leaders.
