The Origin Story of Ben and Bryce
Ben and Bryce became business partners in 2012. The pair met at a presentation of their property planning simulation software back in 2004. Ben was trying to work out the most often most way to know exactly how many properties he needed for two kids. He wanted line aside on the cash flow models and then I wanted to minimize the amount of mistakes that can be made by basically getting line aside on that so that's the origin story. Now we're going to get into the nuts and bolts about property in a minute, but I always love a good origin story.
