Is There a Roadmap for Rough Development Out There?

There's not like a published timeline for rough development, but most of the stuff exists in my head and in issues. I want to extend rough to do like full code auto formatting so that people could use it in lieu of black. At some point in the future, I'd actually like rough to circumvent its own API,. Like indexing of the rules is kind of a compatibility layer that will not go away.
