The German education system is a little bit different from the US education system. I was actually the first year where computer programming was taught as a craft in the education system. And North America does not understand it well, so you have to constantly re-explain this because inside of Shopify, it's well understood that you kind of have to understand what vocation is and what craft is for them to think about itself.
