I think a lot of the telehealth for giving medications, rapid use of like this patients are otherwise really healthy for the most part and don't have a lot going on. There's clearly an equity concern here too because as you get to populations that are older potentially subject to cognitive limitation from prior addiction or prior medical history. And we certainly won't want to exclude those folks from care. I invariably with opioid use sort of telemedicine get the Blair Witch effect like the patients are just walking around with me, they're smoking a cigarette. But I'm usually they take me for a walk when the phone cameras use. That's definitely a glass half full view of that situation. Okay
