Machine Learning at Scale - What Are the Common Grounds?
A lot of the kind of ecosystem around machine learning and how to build these models is starting to converge. I'm wondering if you can talk to what you see as the common themes across the industry of people who are building and running machine learning at scale in production. We've been sort of casually trying to coin the term modern AI, which encapsulates a lot of the hallmarks of this new way of doing ML that we've observed to be so effective at certain companies. A focus on the business specific pieces instead of the plumbing. Focus on the use cases like UX and get the right things added on top of it.
