The Fallacy of Negative Gearing

The analogy or the comment of let's buy something for negative gearing purposes is a fallacy and shouldn't be done. Is it a side benefit to reduce some tax along the way? Absolutely. So I will say like, rewired to 1998 and every man and his dog was writing a book, how I purchased 200 properties in three years. You know, we leapfrog along. Yes. The government is trying to stop this little taxation loophole. And is it a loophole? Maybe? I think it's just law at the moment.
