Before joining a traps, i was boot stripping my own stuff. My biggest struggle was finding the right developers. I cannot tell if a person is good or bad at riding cold. Ah, with dmitri, that doesn't work. He himself is an incredible developer. But for each res i think it is incredibly important that the founder has technical back ground. Without without strong leadership in the technical field, we wouldn't be where we are to day. And i lak the skill. Said, so wi withal the marketing stuff.
