The Importance of Empathy in Leadership

Great managers know you're going to leave some day, and or ok with that. Their goal is to make you the best you that you could possibly be. As an emphatic leader, you go alittle beyond by helping them succeed as a team. You are bringing the best out of your tribe in order to help them succeed. If you have discomfort, no one is going to learn. And so that's what emphatic leaders do. We all want the tribe to succeed; we need trust in the leader.
