I didn't see it as mania even when I was sitting in my psychiatrist's office and she told me that I was bipolar. So I think that I had kind of a clue that there was something going on, but one of the things about mood disorder is that when you're in the middle of an episode, it really feels like that is you. That is extremely you. And so, so, so it was clear at that point that it was a disorder.
