Zone Five Is Absolute All Out Effort

If we want to go with a five-zone system, like zone five is absolute all out effort. Most you can output 99 times out of a hundred. Zone four is when your body is generating a lot of metabelites. There's a lot of that lactate system. You're feeling the burning in your legs. So that's zone too. We don't even really need to worry about zone five because elet athletes could potentially get yourself up to that maximum level of output for a couple minutes or more. But most of us don't even need to worry About that.
