How to Make Democratization Work for Everyone
I think that if you are concerned about your value as a user researcher, one thing that I would recommend doing in your currently at an organization is all there are two things that I recommend doing. The first thing is starting to track your track your impact on a weekly month by weekly, monthly, quarterly, whatever it is, basis. And then for the internal blame game, which I've seen a lot of, I think that a lot of people are questioning the value of user research in general and the value that they can bring as auser researcher.
