We're seeing attacks on free speech and religious freedom play out in a variety of areas involving genera identity. The biten administration also acts through executive orders and through regulations that really don't even go through a notice and comment period. It can involve things like private religious colleges being forced to include men in the women's dorms, men who want to identify as women. We at a t f, have a number of cases involving female act s who have been forced to compete against men. I'm these are some of the areas that we continue to fight on through litigation.
