Oracle - What Was the Hardest Jump to Make?

i thinka joined as a product manager, like an individual contributor. By the end of it, when you left, there was 35 thousand people in your organization. The hardest jump that i had to make was when i went from being a product manager to running an engineering team. To be honest with you, i still remember thinking, this could be my last job. I hope to god i get my green cart before i get terminated. You have to pick your own strategy and not try duplicate what others are doing. As long as you pick something that's important and do it amazingly differentiatedly, you can win.
