Senate Finance Committee Chair Liz Kruger on State Budget Negotiations

State Senator Liz Kruger, chair of the Senate Finance Committee is back here with us. We're not going to be able to touch on nearly everything because there is so much that goes into state budget negotiations. The two biggest pieces of the state budget are local education funding and Medicaid funding. There's a lot on climate and the environment that will hopefully touch on.
