The Uncomfortable Place of Inclusion
I think it is an uncomfortable place. None of us like to be told that, you know, it's only because we're privileged that we're successful. And actually it does feel like an attack in many ways. But again, it doesn't have to be that way. It can just be you accept that your success is a weighted byproduct of skill and luck. That's fine. Just making that acknowledgement and understanding that other people's road has not been as smooth or as straight.
