I think Remnant 2 just made the strongest case for PS5 Pro. I can't performance mode going as low as 720p, not even the best implementation of DLSS can prevent that from looking bad on increasingly large 4K TV screens. If this is indicative of the kind of performance cost Nanite is likely to command, then I fear by the end of the generation, base PlayStation 5 is going to be running games at resolutions that will break the PS3 blush. It probably does indicate that UE5, at least in this state, is very heavy,. especially when you start pouring in Nanite and VSM and all that stuff.
