Industry has changed a lot over the last five years. They start to see that there is really a potential of this electrification of this investment into renewables through PPA's or through direct investments. Consortia are forming today and those consortia are not the pure wind farm developers it are wind farm developers backed by large industrial who say I want to have access to renewable energy.
