The New Era of Digital Surveillance

Many states have decided to regulate abortion care through the criminal law. In Nebraska, a 17 year old and her mother were arged based on facebook messages. We are literally living in a surveillance state where social media creators are in a position to turn over data to the authorities. This is just a pivot to another space.
