What's the Impact of a Late Official?
An official who understands play in from a start, developed finished perspective and then assessing the impact of the play is most successful. The longer you can look at a play, the more information you can gather, the better decision you can make for that for that play. When i'm a value in a as one of the first things i look at is not what they're calling, but what they're not calling. There's a few things like that that you need to considerasan a lat official.
