The Penalties for Using a VPN in China

There's no penalty for using a VPN in China. That's hilarious. Oh my God, that's so funny. We're going to defend America's specific, beautiful democracy against the threat of the horrible yellow peril by seeing their restrictions on Internet and vastly raising them.
