The Importance of Treating an Accident as an Emergency Situation

I thought the interjection of the word subject was sort of deferential and respectful to the caller as not to call them crazy. I immediately think prank, but the person doesn't sound pranky. So I don't know. There's certainly no audible chuckling in the background of like friends that you might hear if it was a prank call or something. It is a felony to call 911 and report something false. If there's actual evidence that you have done this, it is a felony.
