The Little Radiator by Sontai's Digital Distortion

The Little Radiator by Sontai's is one of the most pleasing digital distortion I've heard to this day. It also seems to conjure up the city. If I take out all the effect chain it's really just a sin. Well it still sounds distorted right now. But it shouldn't. Oh but yeah what I did is I added loads of distortion on that thing and to make it sound like this.
