Chase and the Kidnappers

Chase suggests putting the money in his trunk and then the kidnappers put Paul in theirs. He still won't pay a penny further ransom, but he agrees to pay their expenses. Chase's secret plan is to wait for the exchange and then shoot the kidnappers before they can get away. His hairbrained schemes are going to get Paul killed.
