The US Intelligence Agency's Strategic Plans on Bio Weapons in Ukraine

If I had to guess anything, it's clear to me they want to attack to the south. So they're looking to expand and they're looking southern. One of one of my crazy questions on the answer questions is how much do they need to buy a weapons, you know, the labs in the Ukraine to do that? And he uses an example that study that said that COVID-19 was harder on certain groups than other groups. But but I continue to think the bio weapon labs in Ukraine are important to their strategic plans.
